There was great excitement in the morning when they arrived to school showing their books to one another. We had circle time and each child got the opportunity to come up and speak about their book in front of the whole class. Later in the day the students from 6th class paired up with the Infants and read to them. It was a very enjoyable day!

The class used their senses to taste, smell, feel, listen to and look at a variety of different items, to see if they could guess what they were. We had lots of fun doing this activity!

They participated in a number of enjoyable activities where they built their own doctor's surgery, cut out equipment to put in a doctor's bag, they practiced bandaging up dolls and teddies and they did make-believe play at their own doctor's surgery.
