PART 1 - Admissions to the 2025/2026 school year Application and Decision Dates for admission to 25/26 The following are the dates applicable for admission to Junior Infants: The school will commence accepting applications for admission on 08/01/2025 The school shall cease accepting applications for admission on 19/02/2025 The date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application is 10/03/2025 or within 2 weeks of application if after this date. The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is within 3 weeks of offer. Note: the school will consider and issue decisions on late applications in accordance with the school’s admission policy. The number of places being made available in Junior Infants is 26 We had such a lovely morning carol singing in the town. It was great to see our families and community out to support us. We have to say "thank you" to the two local businesses that supported us - Monaghan's Topaz and Supermacs, and Joyce's Supermarket. And we want to say an extra special THANK YOU and Merry Christmas to the staff at Monaghan's for surprising us with chips, sausages, drinks and sweets! It really made our day! Power Hour got off to a great start this week! Senior Infants and First Class are very hard workers. Have a look at some of the work we did. Everyone at school was really excited to welcome our new Junior Infants on their first day of Primary School! They were all so friendly and fun - we can't wait to learn and play with them during the year! We wish all our 6th class girls the very best of luck in their move to secondary school. We will miss you all!  Congratulations to Alanna Flynn on winning the Mrs McNamara Spirit of the School award 2017!
